To save a PDF to your computer, right click the file you want and choose “Save Target As…” or “Save Link As…” Choose the folder you want to save it in and click “SAVE”.

Wear comfortable clothing, tennis shoes or other rubber-soled shoes.
High heels are not allowed as they can damage the surface of the training floor.
Only flat-soled shoes are allowed on the training floor for safety reasons.
